This position is responsible for the cleaning and transport of soiled kitchen ware; cleaning and sanitation of carts, dish processing equipment, and work area. Minimum education required per classified civil service specs. Required qualifications include the ability to count and to read short sentences with common vocabulary; or equivalent.
