Adventure Tours is excited to announce full-time openings for Line Run Operators at our growing Richmond, VA location . In this role, you will operate our luxury motor coaches on long-distance routes connecting Richmond with Washington, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York. Our Line Run Operators are the backbone of our service—ensuring reliable, on-schedule transportation and delivering an outstanding customer experience on every trip. Adventure Tours has been in business for over 25 years, we are a leading provider of luxury motor coach transportation services with headquarters in Accokeek, MD. We have expanded our locations to include Charlotte, NC, Philadelphia, PA, Long Island, NY, and a new location in Richmond, VA. Compensation

• Day Routes: $275/day
• Evening/Night Routes: $300/day

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate motor coaches on scheduled routes, ensuring on-time performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and hours.

Requirements :

• Must have at least a Commercial Class B License (CDL) with passenger endorsement, air brake, and a valid Medical DOT certification.
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in transporting passengers commercially, preferably with motor coaches.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle stress and remain calm in emergency situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
