Seeking candidates available to work between 5:45am to 5pm. Part-time Up to $13 per hour. Full-time - $13 to $15 per hour. Are you looking for a fun and rewarding working environment? Front of House team member responsibilities:

Smile
Create and Maintain Eye Contact
Speak in a Friendly Tone to Guests
Make Emotional Connections with Guests
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Work on their feet for several hours at a time
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Team Member:

18 years of age or older
No experience necessary
Consistent and reliable
Cheerful and positive attitude
Loves serving and helping others
Customer service oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Able to multi-task
Works well independently and in a team environment
Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
