Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Quincy, MA $50–$55/hour | PRN We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN position in Quincy, MA. Provide individualized occupational therapy services designed to help residents regain functional skills, participate more fully in daily activities, and work toward greater independence. What You'll Do Complete occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Provide skilled treatment addressing daily living skills, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance Develop appropriate therapy goals and track resident progress Recommend adaptive strategies and equipment based on individual needs Adjust interventions according to resident response and clinical findings Educate residents and caregivers on techniques that support everyday function Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with COTAs and other healthcare professionals What We Offer $50–$55/hour Flexible PRN opportunity Collaborative rehabilitation team Varied short-term and long-term rehabilitation caseload Supportive interdisciplinary environment Qualifications Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply If you're an OT interested in a flexible PRN role where you can help residents improve daily function and independence, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
