Power Washing Technician
$18 - $25 per hourMACOMB POWER WASHING SOLUTIONS
Job Description
Job Description
Like working outdoors and seeing a real difference at the end of every job? Macomb Power Washing Solutions is hiring Power Washing Technicians. Experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right person on professional soft wash and pressure washing equipment and pay you while you learn.
- Pay: $18–$25/hour, based on experience
- Location: Clinton Township, MI, with job sites across Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties
- Job type: Full-time, W-2
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, some Saturdays in busy season; weather can shift the week
About Us
Macomb Power Washing Solutions is a locally owned exterior cleaning company founded in 2022. We've completed 900+ projects and earned a 4.9-star Google rating serving homeowners, 20+ HOAs, and commercial clients like Home Depot, Selfridge ANGB, Ford Racing, and local school districts. We're growing, and we want people who take pride in their work to grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Soft wash and pressure wash houses, roofs, driveways, sidewalks, decks, fences, and commercial buildings
- Clean gutters and windows on residential and commercial properties
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions safely, following label directions and company procedures
- Protect plants, landscaping, and property on every job
- Set up, run, and maintain equipment: pressure washers, surface cleaners, hoses, reels, and trailer rigs
- Drive the company truck and trailer between job sites
- Walk customers through finished work and take before-and-after photos
What We're Looking For
- Pressure washing, landscaping, construction, or other outdoor work experience is a plus, not a must
- Valid driver's license; experience towing a trailer is a plus
- Comfortable on ladders and working at heights
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all kinds of Michigan weather
- Reliable, on time, and detail-oriented
- Friendly and professional with customers
- 18 or older
Why Work With Us
- W-2 employee, not a 1099 contractor, with workers' comp coverage
- Paid, hands-on training from day one
- All equipment and safety gear provided
- Steady work across residential, HOA, and commercial accounts
- Room to grow into a crew lead role as we expand
- Year-round work: when washing season winds down, our crews move into holiday lighting installs and snow removal
- A small, local team where good work gets noticed
