HR Manager OpportunityWe have an exciting HR Manager opportunity in our Perryton, TX office. In this highly impactful role, you will be a key member of the company's leadership team, supporting over 400 employees. Resolves complex questions or contentious concerns/issues by providing information on processes and related policies and referring to others where necessary to interpret the policy. Coaches to enable the team to take appropriate actions.Plans, coordinates, and administers work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment/staffing, onboarding/orientation/training, benefits and compensation, and employee/labor relations.Manages and reports on team performance; sets appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or projects/account team members and holds them accountable for achievement, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team / personal objectives.Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems where applicable.Assist in planning and implementing actions, including continuing professional development to build their professional capabilities. Provide informal training or coaching to the team and others in their area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.Represents the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations where applicable.Core competencies for success in all roles: instills trust, communicates effectively, is action-oriented, ensures accountability, and drives results.QualificationsRequired:Associate degree and 3+ years' experience in human resources, or related field, and/or equivalency between experience and educationPreferred:Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
