Real Estate Company Accountant — Growth & Close Lead

A leading commercial real estate brokerage based in Dallas is seeking a motivated Company Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting activities. The role requires understanding GAAP accounting, including Straight Line Rent and various recovery methods. Responsibilities include month-end reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and liaising with property managers. Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
