Caregiver Job Responsibilities Maintain Independence Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services. Assist with grocery shopping and local outings. Accompany seniors to lunch or social activities. Restore Dignity Help with bathing and grooming. Provide incontinence care to maintain dignity. Conduct light housekeeping to decrease home stress. Keep Healthy Prepare nutritious meals. Remind seniors to take medications and avoid hospital readmissions. Implement safety measures for memory‑care clients. Support Others Assist with physical therapy exercises. Serve as the eyes and ears for hospice care. Report changes in a client’s condition to the care team. Caregiver Job Requirements Heart for Seniors Have a genuine desire to work with seniors. Ability to Work Shift length 4‑hour to 12‑hour in Scottsdale. Overtime may be available. Senior Safety Pass a criminal background check. Pass a drug screening test. Have a negative TB test. Transportation Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
