Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (Registered) position located in Springfield, Illinois. This role involves providing adult critical care and emergency department respiratory therapy services. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The schedule includes night shifts of 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 3x12 Night shifts or 4x12 Night shifts (1800-0630), with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Illinois license, BLS (Basic Life Support), RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification, Cerner charting system experience, one year of work experience in adult critical care and emergency department settings, and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Pediatric Respiratory Therapy is implied by the specialty.
• Float: Float within scope to meet facility needs may be required.
• Additional Information: The position requires skills in adult critical care and emergency department respiratory procedures, including airway management, ventilator troubleshooting, and airway suctioning. Flu vaccination is required, with medical or religious exemptions only. Candidates must submit 2-3 interview times upon application, and references can be pending submission.
