Job Title: CNC Operator - 3rd Shift
Location: On-Site, Grand Prairie, TX
Employment Type: Temp to Direct

Compensation: $19.15/hr ($18.45 base + $0.70 shift differential)
Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 Hours per Week
About the Opportunity: Join a respected manufacturing organization and play a critical role in producing high-quality precision components using advanced CNC machining equipment. What You'll Do: Measure finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments, fixtures, and templates to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards. Mount, install, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and fixtures on CNC machines to support efficient production operations. Monitor CNC machine performance and identify operational issues through machine indicators and sound. Make machine adjustments, including feed rates, speeds, and operational controls, to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Modify cutting programs as needed to resolve machining challenges and support production requirements. Perform in-process and final quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Support production operations as a Kitter by collecting, organizing, and sorting fabricated parts for assembly cart preparation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards. Follow all safety procedures, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements to ensure operational excellence.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 1 to 3 year of CNC Operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 to 3 year of experience in kitting, inventory control and cycle count
• Must be able to read blueprints and use tools
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of Mill experience
