Job Requirements Enjoy your workdays with Jay's Legacy while building companionship relationships with our clients. Provide companionship and emotional support for our adult clients. Assist with ADL's (activities of daily living) including hygiene reminders, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Plan, shop for, or prepare nutritious meals. Perform light housekeeping duties such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes or dishes, or running errands. Care for individuals or families during periods of incapacitation, family disruption, or convalescence, providing companionship, personal care, or help in adjusting to new lifestyles. Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance. Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to a manager or supervisor. Instruct or advise clients on household cleanliness, utilities, hygiene, nutrition, or infant care. Qualifications Prior adult caregiving experience (1 year). Bring your amazing personality to work every day. Experience with sit-to-stand and lifts. Pass a caregiver background check. No major driving infractions. Reliable transportation with insurance required. Valid Wisconsin Driver's License required. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jay's Legacy Home Care
