Graphic Designer

Junior Web & Graphic DesignerMSI Computer Corp., a leading innovator in the PC hardware industry, is seeking to hire a talented, creative individual with excellent work ethic to help product marketing team for local campaigns.What you will do:Create a wide range of marketing and digital design materials, including print collateral, web banners, promotional and landing pages, eBlasts, Amazon A+ content, brochures, flyers, trade show graphics, and other marketing assets.Design and update website graphics and promotional content while maintaining brand consistency.Create and update eBlast layouts, including basic HTML editing when needed.Work with existing HTML/CSS pages to make content, image, layout, and styling updates. This position does not require full website development from scratch.Retouch and optimize product images for web, e-commerce, and marketing use.Create and edit simple marketing videos and motion graphics as needed.Support ongoing website content updates and other day-to-day marketing design requests.Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print applications.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, work efficiently under tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and assignments from the manager in a fast-paced team environment.What you will need:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Good understanding of graphic design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.Experience or coursework in both digital and print design.Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to understand and edit existing code.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand/design guidelines while still bringing creative ideas.Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to project needs and feedback.Good communication and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.Preferred qualifications:Experience with web banners, landing pages, e-commerce content, or email marketing design.Experience with basic video editing or motion graphics.Experience with product image retouching.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or website content management is a plus.Previous professional design experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates at different experience levels who demonstrate strong potential and the right skill set.Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and the ability to use them appropriately to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining design quality, brand consistency, and creative judgment.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.What you will get:Competitive base payPerformance bonus9 days of paid holidays + 2 days of floating holidaysPaid time off (sick + vacation)100% covered Medical, Dental, Vision, and Basic Life AD&D Insurance for employee, with optional dependent coverage401K retirement plan with employer matchEmployee engagement and annual eventMSI is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
