Safety Manager We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of workplace safety and regulatory compliance within a growing manufacturing operation in Northwest Ohio. This position will play a key role in promoting a culture of safety, reducing risk, and ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs, policies, and procedures. Conduct routine facility audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate workplace hazards. Lead safety training initiatives, including new hire onboarding, emergency response, hazard communication, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Partner with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement in safety performance and employee engagement. Maintain safety records, training documentation, regulatory reports, and compliance-related records. Monitor changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and program effectiveness. Support environmental compliance initiatives and sustainability efforts as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field preferred. Previous experience leading safety programs within a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards. Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement practical solutions. Professional safety certification (CSP, ASP, OHST, or similar) preferred. The pay range for this role is: 80,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Lima - 3765 St Johns Rd) #J-18808-Ljbffr
