Current open position: Kitchen Director, Training Director, and Operational Director. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a highly motivated team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred Director will need to have a ServeSafe Manager's certification upon hire, or obtain within the first year Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or management roles Chick-fil-A experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
