Full-time Mobile Physical Therapist Our client is headquartered in Golden Valley, MN but this position covers the MANKATO area in MN. Must be willing to drive up to a 50 mile radius around this area. $15K Retention/Sign-on Bonus paid out every 3 months during the first year of employment for full-time. Full benefits for full-time only. Choice to work weekends and or holidays for extra earnings - not mandatory! This is a traveling role and pay per visit salary structure with mileage reimbursement between client/in-home locations. Very flexible schedule with field-based autonomy. Start of Care = $100.00 per Visit (Weekday) / $120.00 per Visit (Weekend) Resumption of Care / Recertification of OASIS = $85.00 per Visit Primary Responsibilities Evaluate client function and mobility through in-home assessments. Design and implement patient-specific rehabilitation strategies. Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and equipment recommendations. Collaborate with nurses, aides, and family caregivers. Requirements Current MN license as a Physical Therapist. New Grads considered but prefer minimum one year experience. Must want to work in homecare. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel. Home health experience preferred , but outpatient/inpatient backgrounds are welcome.
