You'll work one-on-one with a senior or an individual with neurodiverse conditions and specialized care needs who lives independently in the comfort of their own home . This role also offers a path to advance into a Caregiver Lead position , supporting training and onboarding. Meal preparation including special diets, supervising and assisting the client with eating and drinking Light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry/linen changes and dishes (restricted to only 15min per hour max); Driving and/or escorting clients to shopping, errands, socialization activities, and/or doctor’s appointments; Medication reminders Companionship and socialization. Progress Tracking and Documentation Track and document participant goals, progress, and milestones, maintaining accurate, timely, and complete records. Transportation Report daily on progress; transport participants safely to doctors appointments or errands if needed. Requirements Authorized to work in the U.S. English communication skills Applicable work or volunteer experience Experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly CNA, LVN, MA, or prior caregiving/personal assistant experience preferred Experience with dementia or neurodiverse care is a plus Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle Ability to lift 25 lbs and assist with transfers Compassionate, dependable, and observant Service Areas Palo Alto, Mountain View, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Sunnyvale, San Mateo, San Jose, Fremont, and surrounding areas About GoldLeaf GoldLeaf Homecare Network provides personalized, high-quality in-home care tailored to each client’s needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr GoldLeaf Homecare
