CRM Marketing Manager

Overview Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a CRM Marketing Manager for a rapidly growing consumer-focused organization driving innovation in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth. This role offers remote, hybrid, or onsite flexibility with preference given to candidates able to work onsite occasionally (as little as one day per week) in Edison, New Jersey. Overview The CRM Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing initiatives designed to increase revenue, improve retention, and maximize customer engagement. This newly created role offers the opportunity to build scalable systems, marketing infrastructure, automation, and reporting frameworks from the ground up while partnering directly with executive leadership.
