responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global clinical and economic evidence generation strategies to support new product introductions and market access.
• Identify clinical evidence gaps and create comprehensive evidence plans, including study designs and publication strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally with R&D, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, HEOR, and marketing to align strategies with business needs.
• Integrate clinical strategy directly into new product development teams and regulatory pathways.
• Engage externally with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to generate high-quality clinical evidence.
• Utilize diverse data streams , including company-sponsored studies, investigator-initiated research, and real-world data.

 
qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills

• Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, design, science, or a clinical field with 6+ years of experience; OR a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Required: Direct experience in the medical device industry specifically focused on Orthopedics and Robotics.
• Required: Proven experience developing global clinical evidence plans, study designs, and regulatory pathway integration.
• Preferred: Experience managing investigator-initiated research and leveraging real-world data (RWD).
• Preferred: Strong existing network of relationships with orthopedic healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
