You will create compelling content, manage marketing campaigns, coordinate communications activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership, working across teams, and translating complex technical concepts into clear and engaging messaging.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and other communication channelsUse AI copywriting and content tools to draft, iterate and personalize campaign assets, then apply human judgement to refine tone, accuracy and brand fitCreate compelling marketing materials including website content, blog posts, newsletters, presentations, case studies, sales collateral, and promotional assetsSupport go-to-market activities for Hellbender products by collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teamsManage and maintain digital marketing assets, brand materials, and content libraries to ensure consistency across channelsAssist with content strategy and storytelling efforts that communicate Hellbender's technology, mission, and customer impactSupport event marketing activities including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer outreach initiativesTrack marketing performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectivenessCoordinate with external agencies, freelancers and internal stakeholders to keep campaigns on brand and on scheduleMaintain strong relationships with internal teams, partners, customers, and external stakeholdersQualifications, Skills, and AttributesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailExperience creating marketing content across multiple channels, including digital and printProficiency with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platformsExperience managing digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools, or website content management systemsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesAbility to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teamsPrevious marketing experience in the tech or manufacturing industry is a plusCompensationCompetitive salary based on qualifications and experience between $65,000 to $80,000Benefits401(k)5% Safe Harbor Contribution to 401k by Hellbender100% of Health, Dental, and Vision insurance premiums for employees and their families paid by Hellbender7.5 weeks total Paid time offProfit Sharing (through 401k)Hybrid work environment & flexible work scheduleWork LocationPittsburghOpportunity for AdvancementHellbender is a growing business and follows a policy that prioritizes internal promotions.
