Job Description
The Equipment Control Clerk plays a vital role in managing inventory and maintaining accurate records of equipment within the department. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this role ensures efficient tracking, logging, and auditing of equipment to support smooth operations and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain inventory of equipment department-wide
- Log equipment details accurately upon receipt and shipping
- Perform regular data entry to update inventory systems
- Maintain comprehensive and organized equipment records
- Conduct inventory audits to verify equipment status and location
- Inspect equipment for condition and completeness
- Coordinate receiving and shipping of equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inventory control or equipment management
- Proficient in inventory management and record keeping
- Skilled in data entry with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication abilities
