Loan Servicing Specialist

The Loan Servicing Specialist II is responsible for a wide range of pre- and post-booking activities related to commercial loan and lease servicing. This role ensures the accuracy and compliance of account changes, manages customer and vendor interactions, and supports the full lifecycle of post-closing adjustments, including rewrites, transfers, assumptions, contract unwinds, and customer verifications. Specialists at higher levels will demonstrate increased complexity of work, autonomy, and subject matter expertise. Responsibilities Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirement s.Communicate with sales, credit, documentation, and funding teams to clarify or resolve conditions tied to rewrite approval s.Coordinate with legal or compliance teams on redress or regulatory changes associated with rewrite transaction s.Manage transfer and assumption requests, including collection of required documents, verification of transferee credentials, and processing of ownership change s.Handle full or partial contract unwinds, including coordination of refunds, invoice reversal, and proper system documentatio n.Conduct outbound calls to customers to complete verification, ensuring proper authentication and collection of confirmation detail s.Document all verification outcomes in the loan servicing system following established compliance guideline s.Request and monitor site inspections, ensuring completion by approved vendors or internal resource s.Track inspection status and follow up on outstanding reports to support titling, funding, or credit decisions post-closin g.Review and clear open stipulations on booked transactions in coordination with internal department s.Respond to servicing requests received from customers, vendors, or internal stakeholders post-bookin g.Assist in redress efforts for booked transactions when required by legal, compliance, or internal audi t.Maintain thorough and compliant records of all post-booking activitie s.Escalate discrepancies or exceptions to management as appropriat e.Research and resolve more complex loan-related issues, including missing payments, disputed accounts, history requests, and general loan-related question s.Work under limited supervision, following established guidelines and procedure Qualifications High School Diploma or G ED.Two (2) years of banking, finance, or accounting work experien ce.Preferenc es:Accounting experien ce.Knowledge of commercial lease and loan structur es.Skills and Competenci es:Proficient in data entry and typi ng.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Wo rd.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environme ls.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedur es.Strong written and verbal communication skills across departments and with external partne About PTR Global: PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions.
