Research Associate I, Pharmaceutical Development ~ Contract

$40 - $55 per hour

Nurix Therapeutics

Contract research associate position supporting pharmaceutical development of small molecule therapies at a biopharmaceutical company. Role involves preclinical formulation preparation, stability testing, and dosage form development from early discovery through clinical trial enabling.

Responsibilities

Prepare and characterize preclinical formulations across multiple drug development programs
Conduct stability and solubility testing using HPLC and UPLC instrumentation
Support pre-formulation and formulation development for oral solid dosage forms
Contribute to internal and external scientific presentations and publications

Requirements

BS/BA or higher in chemistry, pharmaceutics, engineering, or related field
2-4 years of industry experience in relevant field
Strong HPLC/UPLC skills and understanding of chromatography principles
Proficient in basic quantitative laboratory techniques and Microsoft 365
Experience with safe handling of potent compounds
Solid grasp of fundamental chemistry principles

Compensation: $40-$55 per hour
