What You’ll Do Providing direct nursing care in alignment with our mission Conducting assessments and administering medications Maintaining medication carts and following physician orders Supervising CNAs and other support staff Assisting physicians with evaluations and procedures Completing documentation accurately and timely Building trusting relationships with residents and families Campus Locations Raybrook Campus: 2121 Raybrook St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546 Breton Woods Rehab Campus: 2500 Breton Woods Drive SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512 Open Full Time Positions 2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm | 72 hrs/pay period) Week 1: Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat Week 2: Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm | 72 hrs/pay period) Week 1: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat Week 2: Sun, Tue, Wed, Fri 2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm | 72 hrs/pay period) Week 1: Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri Week 2: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat Open Part-Time Positions 1st Shift (6:30am – 7pm | 12hrs/pay period) Every other Sunday 2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm | 48 hrs/pay period) Week 1: Mon, Fri, Sat Week 2: Sun, Tue, Thu 3rd Shift (6:30pm/10:30pm – 7am | 40hrs/pay period) Week 1: Fri, Sat (12hrs) Week 2: Fri (12hrs), Sat 3rd Shift (6:30pm – 7am | 36hrs/pay period) Week 1: Sun (12hrs), Fri (12hrs) Week 2: Sat (12hrs) Qualifications Active and valid Michigan RN or LPN license CPR certification required Experience in geriatric care preferred (supportive training provided) Basic computer skills for EMR documentation Why Join Holland Home?
