Smith Stripes Property Maintenance looking for a dependable, experienced Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our growing lawn care and landscaping company. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is self-motivated, and can manage a route independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established weekly route of residential and commercial properties
• Operate stand-on and zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers
• Safely drive a company truck during work hours and tow a 16-foot trailer
• Perform weekly mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on mowing equipment
• Identify and solve problems as they arise while in the field
• Work independently with little supervision while maintaining a high standard of quality

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional lawn maintenance experience required
• Experience operating stand-on and zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Comfortable towing and maneuvering a 16-foot trailer
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Clean background check
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Mechanically inclined is a plus
