What You’ll Do

As an Emergency Roadside Service Technician, you’ll be the hero on the highway, assisting drivers in need. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to roadside assistance calls.
• Providing services such as tire changes, jump starts, lockouts, and fuel delivery.
• Ensuring customer safety and satisfaction during every interaction.
• Maintaining and operating company-provided equipment with care.
• Communicating effectively with dispatch to ensure timely service.
