What You’ll DoAs an Emergency Roadside Service Technician, you’ll be the hero on the highway, assisting drivers in need. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to roadside assistance calls.
- Providing services such as tire changes, jump starts, lockouts, and fuel delivery.
- Ensuring customer safety and satisfaction during every interaction.
- Maintaining and operating company-provided equipment with care.
- Communicating effectively with dispatch to ensure timely service.
We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others and have a knack for problem-solving. While no prior experience is required, here are some qualities and skills we value:
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn.
