Behavior Technician RBT

Looking for steady, meaningful hours close to home? Top Penguin ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for an in-home, one-on-one case with an 11-year-old in Roxbury, Tuesday through Thursday, 3:30-5:30pm after school, with more hours possible. You'll work with hands-on support from our BCBA, Erin. We're a small NJ practice, so you get real guidance, a consistent schedule, and a team that answers your texts.

Why you'll like it:

• $30-35/hr, competitive for NJ in-home ABA

• A consistent, predictable schedule with the same client, close to home

• Real BCBA supervision and mentorship from Erin, not a supervisor you never see

• Small-team support with fast answers and no corporate runaround

• Already an RBT or working toward certification? We'd love to hear from you.

About the Position

As an RBT you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You’ll help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioral skills while receiving ongoing supervision and support from our clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
