Inventory Control Coordinator

As an Inventory Control Coordinator you will help us keep operations running smoothly by managing inventory levels, supplier orders, and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and efficient material flow.

Your role:

• Work as an SAP point of contact and being responsible for updating items that were mobilized within site.
• Calculate and adjust order quantities and timings based on demand, inventory levels, and lead times to minimize stockouts and avoid excess inventory.
• Consolidate orders, optimize procurement efficiency, and maintain adherence to inventory management protocols.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a High School Diploma, Vocational training, or equivalent education.
• Your knowledgbale in SAP or an equivalent ERP system.You have basic computer skills, including familiarity Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.), and data entry.
• No prior experience required, an understanding of manufacturing environments is preferred.
• You're a critical thinker who takes ownership, makes decisions with confidence, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Reedsville, PA is $21 to $32 an hour.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.


In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
