Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate follows Management's assignments for delivering food, beverage, and other products throughout the venue in a timely manner. Delivers stock to all concessions stands, portables, and commissaries. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments. Helps keep assigned areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to a warehouse supervisor.
• Assists in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries.
• Maintains cleanliness of warehouse and receiving areas throughout the venue.
• Restocks stands with food and beverage products in an efficient manner according to transfer dockets provided by management.
• Inspects stands for deficiencies and reports any and all concerns to management.
• Assists with moving any equipment as required for events throughout the venue.
• Performs general housekeeping and cleaning as needed around all concessions and warehouse areas.
• Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
• Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
• Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Required – RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring if necessary)
