Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings required.
• Experience treating pediatric and adult patient populations preferred.
• Ability to work a Saturday weekend rotation with approximately half-day coverage required.
• Comfortable working in a hospital facility type; experience in acute care is preferred.

• Shift Name: Days
• Shift Details: 8 Hour Days. Monday-Friday approximately 8:00-16:30.
• Weekend Requirement: Saturday rotation schedule, approximately half days.
• Patient Populations: Both inpatient and outpatient care; pediatric and adult patients.
