Job Title Delivery Driver (Full-time) Job Description The role involves making direct store deliveries to customers in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. Working Tuesday-Friday, the position is full-time (40+ hours) with weekends off, allowing the driver to return home each night. Responsibilities Loading and unloading the truck Timely route delivery with numerous stops Delivering product into stores using a two-wheeler or other means Handling customer payments Ensuring paperwork is correctly completed and collected Providing excellent customer service Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must have a Class A CDL license and be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle Previous delivery driving experience Good driving record Ability to lift 65 lbs. repeatedly (heavy repetitive lifting) Good math skills Knowledge of St. Paul and surrounding area Detail oriented, self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines High school diploma or GED Benefits Competitive pay range $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Full-time benefits package including 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision and life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Paid parental leave Optional health savings and flexible spending accounts Other benefits for eligible team members and dependents, including employer match on 401(k) Requirements Candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and a post-offer physical (if applicable).
