Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay Rate: $18 /hr


Quality Assurance Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Inspections & Testing: Conduct thorough product inspections and routine sampling according to established safety protocols.
  
• Documentation: Accurately record inspection results, quality metrics, and non-conformance issues.
  
• Process Monitoring: Oversee production lines to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  
• Collaboration: Work with production teams to identify defects and implement effective corrective actions.
  
• Equipment Care: Ensure all testing equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and used safely.

Quality Assurance Specialist Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects.
  
• Excellent communication skills for reporting quality concerns to supervisors.
  
• Ability to maintain organized, detailed records in a fast-paced environment.
