Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons Utilize vehicle locator tools to source inventory for customers Participate in appraising trade-ins and take initiative in deal structure and customer solutions Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
