LOGISTICS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Columbus Metro | $75,000–$120,000 + Bonus

THE SHORT VERSION

This is a true 3PL, founded in 2013, moving refrigerated freight, dry freight, and expedited loads through a network of more than 8,000 carriers. They're bringing on a Logistics Sales Rep to build real account management skills from the ground up: prospecting, client conversations, and turning consistent activity into qualified opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run consistent outbound activity against target customers
• Research accounts and contacts before you reach out, so every conversation lands
• Start conversations over phone, email, social, and video
• Qualify prospects and set meetings
• Keep the CRM clean: activity, notes, follow ups
• Deliver real, measurable value to the accounts you're assigned
• Spot growth opportunities inside your book of business
• Show up for training, coaching, and role play, and actually use it
• Represent the brand well in every conversation you have

WHO THIS IS FOR

• 2+ years in account management, customer service, or sales support
• A strong work ethic and the consistency to back it up
• Coachable and curious, someone who wants the feedback, not just tolerates it
• Comfortable with rejection and willing to learn from it
• Ready to learn logistics, sales process, and the systems that run underneath it
• Organized, detail oriented, and a clear communicator, written and verbal
• Able to juggle multiple accounts and priorities without dropping the ball
