Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to:

· Provide customer service to Wholesale customers on account setup, order receipt, pricing confirmation, shipping timelines and invoice receipts.

· Handle any customer invoice discrepancies and work to resolve through new product, credit memos, etc with finance team.

· Communicate with Sales Operations Manager on all orders to ensure product quantities, availability and shipping capabilities are communicated accurately to Operations.

· Handle paperwork and maintain digital files on all customer orders; maintains customer file, approvals, copy, forms/documents, supplies for daily processing and tracking of account service work, etc.

· Assist to place Filthy internal Sample orders for HQ teams.

· Acts as host for visiting clients arranging in office hospitality and sample baskets.

· Coordinate internal team meetings – travel, accommodations, food, etc.

· Serve as backup to Sales Operations Manager on larger distributor or direct orders.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of account/supplier/distributor management experience in the industry.
• A clear understanding of channel management, pricing lanes, and e-commerce ordering.
• Strong financial understanding and experience managing budgets.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.

Physical Demands

• The role may require extended hours, light travel, weekend prompt communication, and project work.
• Occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs.
