As a Family Law Paralegal with us, you'll play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process, directly contributing to life-changing outcomes in complex family law matters including divorces, child custody disputes, alimony determinations, and related cases that require both professional expertise and genuine compassion.Your core responsibilities will encompass managing the entire family law process from initial case intake through discovery and trial preparation, assisting attorneys with drafting pleadings and legal correspondence, handling the collection and organization of discovery materials, maintaining meticulous case files while tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients to obtain necessary documents and information. You'll draft and file family law pleadings with precision, manage all aspects of default proceedings including service verification, prepare financial affidavits and child support calculations, coordinate court appearances and legal events, and develop case strategies for matters involving non-participating opposing parties.
