Territory Sales Manager

K2 Security Insurance seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across an assigned region. This role builds and manages relationships with brokers, MGAs, and program partners to expand specialty insurance offerings. You will prospect and qualify new distribution partners, present tailored product solutions, and negotiate terms aligned with underwriting guidelines and profitability goals. Working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture, you’ll collaborate closely with underwriting and program teams, leverage data and technology tools, and execute territory plans to meet revenue, retention, and cross-sell targets while representing K2’s brand in the market.
