Studio Leader Miami, Florida, United States TYG is partnering with an award-winning multidisciplinary architecture and design firm seeking an experienced Studio Practice Leader to join its growing Miami team. This is a high-level opportunity for an experienced architect to oversee a studio, shape its project portfolio and strategy, develop key client relationships, and play an important role in the continued growth of the Miami office. About the role: Oversee multiple project teams and projects from start to finish. Shape studio strategy, project direction, staffing, resources, and long-term growth. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and strengthening senior-level relationships. Guide and mentor teams while helping develop talent across the studio. Partner with office and firm leadership on business development and strategic initiatives. Provide design and technical oversight across a diverse portfolio of work. Help drive an interdisciplinary approach and bring the firm's expertise and innovation to clients. Requirements: 15+ years of professional experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
