Multimedia Content Producer & Videographer

Salary Range: $50,000–$67,000 annually

ZEO ScientifiX is seeking a creative and experienced Multimedia Content Producer & Videographer to develop engaging video, photography, and digital content across our marketing channels. This individual will lead in-house content production, from concept and filming to editing and final delivery, supporting brand awareness, physician education, advertising, and company growth.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven creative professional who can consistently generate fresh content, collaborate with our marketing team and physician partners, and bring new ideas to life.

• Video Production: Plan, film, and edit professional videos, Reels, advertisements, interviews, and educational content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Content Development: Proactively create ongoing content featuring ZEO's products, research, facilities, team members, and physician community.
• Physician Collaborations: Work with physician partners to produce interviews, clinic spotlights, educational videos, and promotional content.
• Photography & Design: Capture professional photography and develop motion graphics, animations, and other multimedia assets.
• Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Paid Ads & Marketing Manager to produce engaging creative assets for advertising and brand campaigns.
• Event Coverage: Capture and produce content from conferences, masterclasses, physician trainings, and company events.
• Creative Management: Maintain an organized content library, manage production equipment, and ensure consistent brand quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts, meet deadlines, and support company initiatives.

• 3–5 years of experience in videography, multimedia production, or digital content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional video production, editing, and creative storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or comparable creative software.
• Experience with professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and photography.
• Strong understanding of social media content, short-form video, and digital advertising.
• Ability to independently develop, film, edit, and deliver creative projects.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or corporate marketing.
• Experience producing physician interviews, educational videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Motion graphics, animation, and professional photography experience.

• Consistent production of high-quality, engaging content across marketing channels.
• Timely delivery of videos, photography, and campaign assets.
• Development of original content beyond scheduled events.
• Increased efficiency and reduced reliance on external production agencies.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing leadership and physician partners.

Within six months, this individual will establish a reliable in-house content production process, build a library of engaging, reusable content, and become ZEO's primary creative resource for video and multimedia production.

All content must adhere to ZEO's brand guidelines and applicable scientific, privacy, and promotional review requirements.
