\nMyCare Medical is actively seeking a full-time, Board-certified physician to join our team in La Porte, TX. We are a medical practice family specializing in value-based care, and delivering the highest quality care to our patients at the lowest costs available to them. Our company is physician-founded, and dyad-led. Weve created a structural support system to ensure that our providers can focus solely on patient care.

- Preventive, Value-Based Model : Help patients manage chronic conditions, improve their quality of life, and reduce unnecessary costs. \n

\nWhat You Bring:\n

MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
\n - \n
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine .
\n - \n
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida with active DEA and BLS/CPR certifications.
\n - \n
Experience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD-10 preferred.
\n - \n
A collaborative spirit and passion for serving a primarily senior patient population.
