Direct Support Professional — Empower Independence

EON, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities in our Lake George, MN program. This hourly, non-exempt, part-time role offers afternoon, evening, weekend and overnight shifts with PTO eligibility and ESOP benefits for eligible staff. A DSP must be flexible, patient, and able to work without direct supervision.
