Regional Sales Manager - Fire Protection

Regional Sales Manager Location: Rockville, MD. Hybrid schedule (2 day in-office, 3 days on the road or WFH) Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + Monthly Commissions + Quarterly/Yearly Bonuses We\'re seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive growth across commercial fire protection, security, and life safety services. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, building client relationships, and growing revenue. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inside and outside sales representatives. Drive sales growth across fire inspections, security systems, and installation projects. Manage regional sales goals, forecasts, and pipeline activity. Develop key customer relationships and expand existing accounts. Coach team members through ride-alongs, pipeline reviews, and sales training. Utilize CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track performance and opportunities. Partner with operations and marketing to support business growth. Qualifications 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a service, construction, or trades industry. Experience leading both inside and outside sales teams. Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and developing successful teams. Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems. Ability to travel throughout the region as needed. Experience in fire protection, security, life safety, or related industries is a plus.
