Manage medication administration and treatments.Provide medication education and complete documentation.Perform computer data entry – Receive full training.Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies.RequirementsMust possess valid LVN license.Must have CPR / BLS.Must have at least 2 years of experience.Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.Must submit to HHSC required drug test & fingerprinting.Must complete facility and HHSC required training.
