Quality Assurance Nurse (rn) Benefits Package Holiday Pay: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short Term/Long Term Disability Identity Theft Protection Animal/Pet Insurance Employee Assistance Program and Discount Center 401K PTO Quality Assurance (rn) Summary The CQI nurse monitors patients from intake to the facility and ensures continuity of care leading up to and following release into the community by advocating for patient needs while acting as a liaison between the multiple systems impacting the lives of offenders to provide a proactive and collaborative approach in serving the patient population in a correctional environment. The Care Management (CQI)- Registered Nurse oversees the daily care management case calls and site log, to include infirmary placement, COVID monitoring, Behavioral Health patients, hunger strikes, and crisis management.
