Backfill: B Sturdivant Float? Yes - will float to MS/T MS PCU Weekends? Every other

Required certs: CA RN, ACLS, BLS, NIH Preferred certs: BSN

Required experience: 2 years, experience in Urban, high intensity, high acuity ICU Preferred experience: Trauma ICU experience

Other details: no small community hospital experience as is irrelevant

Special Equipment: - #Tier2 Travel Compliance SSN Required at time of submittal DOB required at time of submittal Certs required at time of submittal please see job description/unit description to find list of required certs depending on unit RTO Always needs facility approval 1 year experience required, however please refer to job description for any exceptions made depending on the unit Valid CA License (required at time of submission) Radius Rule: 75 miles 2 Supervisor references preferred Candidates will float within hospital when needed (please refer to JD for specifics by specialty) No Specific Charting Experience Required Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer Any Permanent Employee must be gone for at least 6 months Labs must be completed labs 48-72 hours from signing Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 7.25 hrs. Modules are completed during orientation and factored in NBO Modules are tracked through e-learning during orientation
