Synergy Endodontics is seeking a reliable, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced and growing specialty practice in Palm Desert, California. Whether you have previous dental assisting experience or are a recent graduate eager to learn, we are looking for a motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to grow with our practice.

Our office is dedicated exclusively to endodontic care, providing an excellent opportunity to learn specialized procedures and develop your skills in a supportive environment. Training is available for the right candidate.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $18.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Take and process dental radiographs
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
• Support patient care by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patient comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to ensure efficient daily operations

Qualifications:

• Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Current Radiology Certification preferred
• Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and a strong team player
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
