Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to support our clients busy sales and operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm

Location: Wilton, NH

Pay range: $21-$25/hr


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and visitor inquiries
• Respond to customer questions regarding order status, product quotations, expedited requests, and general concerns
• Process customer orders and assist with order modifications and updates
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and meet customer requirements
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and order records
• Monitor and maintain inventory records, including updates within inventory management systems
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or administrative support experience
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• High School Diploma or GED required
