You will work collaboratively with our fitness trainers and health professionals to support clients’ physical and mental health. Key Responsibilities Provide various massage therapy techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other modalities tailored to client needs. Consult with clients to understand their goals, health concerns, and areas of tension or pain to create individualized massage plans. Maintain accurate and confidential client records to document treatments and progress. Offer guidance on stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques to support fitness and recovery. Collaborate with fitness center staff to promote massage services and educate clients on their benefits. Adhere to high standards of cleanliness and sanitization to ensure safety and comfort. Continuously update your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques through professional development. Requirements Valid Massage Therapy License in Ohio. Certification in massage techniques (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in massage therapy, ideally in a wellness setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
