OBGYN Locums in California High Volume Clinic

A facility in California is seeking an OBGYN physician for a locum tenens assignment. This role includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with clinic hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You’ll be supported by a full office team including medical assistants, scribes, and LVNs. Certified nurse midwives (CNMs) take first call and manage most deliveries—physicians are only called in for cases beyond the CNMs’ scope, such as C-sections or assisted deliveries. The clinic sees a high patient volume, and the average delivery volume is approximately 40 per month. The facility uses Tenzing for EMR.
