Sales Manager

Hamblock Chevrolet GMC is looking for a Sales Manager who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to work every day.

We are especially interested in a candidate with a  proven track record of used vehicle success . The ideal candidate understands how to source, appraise, price, merchandise, and sell used vehicles profitably. You should be comfortable analyzing inventory, identifying opportunities, and developing a strong used-car strategy.

The right candidate is a forward-thinking leader who is willing to learn, embrace new ideas, and continue growing. You should be  coachable, open-minded, and excited about developing both yourself and the people around you.

What we're looking for:

• Automotive sales and/or management experience
• A proven track record of success in used vehicle sales and operations
• Strong knowledge of used vehicle appraisal, inventory, pricing, and merchandising
• A positive, energetic attitude
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A team-first mindset
• A willingness to learn and embrace new ideas
• A coachable, growth-oriented attitude
• The ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable
• A genuine desire to help people succeed

What you will do:

• Lead, coach, and develop our sales team
• Help create a positive and high-energy dealership culture
• Develop and execute a strong used vehicle strategy
• Monitor used inventory, pricing, market position, and sales performance
• Work with salespeople to improve their skills and performance
• Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and results
