2nd Shift Press Operator / Machine Operator

A growing employee-owned manufacturing company in Streetsboro is seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a 2nd Shift Press Operator / Machine Operator position. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing press equipment
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly machine checks and preventative maintenance
• Complete verification procedures to ensure quality production
• Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment
• Maintain tools required for machine setup and operation
• Assist with material handling and forklift duties as needed
• Work collaboratively with production and plant personnel to maintain efficient operations
• Support supervisors and management with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing machine operation experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with Automatic Presses, HAAR, Minster or Aida is preferred
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
